What to Expect?
Your first appointment will usually last approximately one hour this will allow the practitioner to :

Listen and ask questions about your problem, general health, medication, and other potential relevant factors.

Examine you; perform relevant tests, ask you to do certain movements, to observe your posture and mobility.

Following the examination and assessment process, the practitioner will:

Explain the findings and diagnosis.

Advise you on the potential benefits and risks of treatment.

Refer you to the GP for further examination or investigation before treatment if necessary.

Treatment may include a combination of:

Hands-on treatment (mobilisation, manipulation, massage, stretches...)

Advice on exercises and stretches to perform at home
